Description

Each CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend vial at Prime Peptides holds 5mg of CJC-1295 and 5mg of Ipamorelin, freeze-dried together for 10mg altogether. Prime Peptides supplies it for in-vitro research only.

The peptides in the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend

CJC-1295 without DAC, also called modified GRF(1-29), is GHRH(1-29) with four amino acid changes that protect it from enzymes. Its half-life is longer than sermorelin’s, though still short.

Ipamorelin is a five-amino-acid growth hormone secretagogue, Aib-His-D-2Nal-D-Phe-Lys-NH2, developed at Novo Nordisk in the 1990s. It acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) on pituitary cells.

CJC-1295 (no DAC, also called Mod GRF 1-29) carries the GHRH signal, and ipamorelin carries the ghrelin receptor signal. The pituitary releases the most growth hormone when both arrive at once, and ipamorelin is the most selective compound in its class, which is why this 5mg plus 5mg pair is a common starting point for growth hormone studies.

The peptides are dried together in one vial, so the ratio stays fixed in every draw you take.

How the CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend works

GHRH from the hypothalamus tells the pituitary to release growth hormone. Only its first 29 amino acids are needed for that.

Ipamorelin mimics ghrelin at the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a) in the pituitary and hypothalamus. Activating that receptor triggers a GH pulse.

What the literature says about CJC-1295 Ipamorelin

The amino acid changes were described in work on tetrasubstituted GRF analogs.

Most published human data are on the DAC version.

Raun and colleagues described it in the European Journal of Endocrinology in 1998, reporting that even at doses far above those needed for GH release, it didn’t raise ACTH or cortisol in pigs.

It later went into human trials for post-surgical ileus, a stalled gut after abdominal surgery, but didn’t progress to approval.

Reconstituting CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend

Start from the 10mg in the vial and pick a volume. These are the concentrations you get:

  • 1mL of diluent gives 10mg per mL
  • 2mL of diluent gives 5mg per mL
  • 3mL of diluent gives 3.333mg per mL

Aim the needle at the glass wall, not the powder, and add the liquid slowly. A gentle swirl does the rest. If a thin film remains, a few minutes in the fridge and another swirl usually clears it. Most labs use our bacteriostatic water.

Storing CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend

Unopened this blend keeps best at -20°C. A fridge is fine if you’ll use it soon. After reconstitution it belongs at 2 to 8°C, and most protocols use it up within 28 days.

Reconstitute one vial at a time. Powder lasts months, solution lasts weeks.

How to verify a CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend vial

Each CJC-1295 Ipamorelin blend vial arrives with the Prime label, which names the compound and marks it as lyophilized powder for research only. Your order confirmation lists every vial, which makes it easy to match vials to the study they belong to.

Labs that verify incoming material usually run two checks. HPLC gives a purity percentage, and mass spectrometry confirms identity by molecular weight. Either one alone leaves a gap.

A quick note of the order number and opening date on each vial makes troubleshooting far easier later on.
